Excellent quality. I bought it for a bicycle, because I ride a lot of time in the dark.
On wheels 27'5 bought two sets. 40 pieces. The full circle did not work. For full circle need 80 pieces. Both wheels. On the photo everything is clear. The surface is pre-skimmed. After sticking, warm up with a hairdryer. To activate the glue. In 24 hours you can wash.
I thought they were something longer, but it didn't give me to look at the dimensions either. It's about 8 cm
