This may look small but it is absolutely brilliant.Very easy to assemble.Very easy to take apart to clean. Literally comes into 4 pieces very convenient!Whilst using it doesn't sound like it has much power but don't let that fool you. In the pictures provided is my lovely vegetables ready for my meal and then my minced steaks!Perfectly minced all of my food lovely. It stripped the fat off my steaks for me.I cannot literally stress how good this is. I have to say I absolutely love this chopper and I do wish I had purchased it earlier! It chops everything super quickly into the sizes you want. To me, one of the things I absolutely love to make is a cauliflower pizza which requires me to do some cauliflower rice. Those of you who have done some in the past knows that not all choppers can do it very well. Often you have to either shake or mix the content multiple times to achieve beautiful cauliflower rice, but with this chopper, all you need to do is fill it up with cauliflower florets, press button for 5 seconds and you are done!The chopper itself is pretty self-explanatory to use. It has two buttons for low and high-speed and the blade comes in two parts. This means you can take the top two blades off if you want to adjust the cutting outcome. I have found that using both blades at the same time turns pretty much anything into tiny grains in 5-8 seconds so I haven't really found a reason not to use the two upper blades.
