It works well. Although it's inconvenient to have to use a computer to transfer photos or videos, it's not as difficult as I thought it would be. And the ball is a bit heavier than I expected.

The product is great, my mother loved it. The only trouble is making the video in a suitable format. It takes some skill on the computer which older people may not have. In our case i made the video and uploaded for her but, now she wants to upload more videos and we don’t live close, so it will be sending files back and forth. It would be great to have a simpler app for people not as savvy in computer apps. Other than that it was a great christmas gift and the entire family loved it!
It surprised me, it's better than I expected. It's true that it's heavy, but it can be placed on the base it comes with. I haven't charged anything yet, but the videos it comes with look good.

The instructions say they provide you with free software, it's a lie. After figuring it out, it seems to be a solid device.
It works great, but it's important to convert the videos to the correct size and format, otherwise it won't work.
The ball arrived very quickly and in good condition. A nice gift to hang on the Christmas tree or place on the desk. Good image quality. I recommend leaving a margin around when editing so that the video fits better when viewing it on the ball. The instructions indicate how to download a program to edit the videos. But it's not necessary to use that one. You can use any program you want to edit. As long as the video is in 480x480p format in mp4 and the audio uses the mp3 codec. To put some negative points: you have to manually scroll through the videos with the button at the back (which is very small). And the volume sounds low (you have to increase it a lot beforehand in editing).
I received exactly what I ordered. My wife got it as a Christmas gift and she really likes it. The sound quality is also excellent.

Works great straight out of the box, instructions are a little vague in getting custom videos in but i worked out to download mp4 videos from istock.com and then u can click and drag straight into the video folder. Putting your own videos in that youve taken on your phone does work but they don't loop only play through once. If you put the wrong kind of file or a not supported video in the folder ,the ball wont turn on it will just display a green bar and then shut down, suggest loading one video at a time so if it doesn't work you will know which 1 has caused it.
This work's exactly as mentioned. I also learned that you literally cannot have any other folders on this device including hidden folders. I originally connected this to a mac and the mac created some hidden folders on it which caused the device to not play any videos including the included ones that i know worked. Besides that everything worked as stated. The device has issues playing videos that are long so far my 1 minute video and 4 minute video hve trouble playing, but my 30 second video has no issues at all. The longer videos will get stuck on frame while the sound continues playing and eventually it will change frames. I also wish the device would play each video stored automatically instead of having to manually switch it. Overall i like this device.
