HOW TO USE:
Insert a memory card into the recorder. On the side of the USB drive, there’s a small switch for power. When you flip the switch, the USB voice recorder turns on and starts recording everything nearby. When you’re done recording, flip the switch to turn the power off.

To hear the recording you just made, plug it into your computer – a folder on the flash drive will automatically open. Your taped conversations will be inside that folder.
Every time you turn the power on, a new file is made. When you turn it off, that audio file is saved. So, if you talk to 3 different people, and you turn the power on 3 times, there will be 3 files. That makes it so easy to keep your conversations organized.
The drive can store up to 144 hours of audio, so you don’t have to worry about running out of space.

It arrived fast in Spain, well packed and with instruction sheet. You just need to put in an sd and that's it. The computer recognizes it without a problem, records in mp3 format, put it on the car radio and perfect. It does not record while connected to the USB port. Move to the "on" button and start recording, every time you give "off" save the recording. Simple and simple with more than acceptable audio quality at an excellent price.

A good recorder follows the instruction, everything is clear and without translation. I charge from the computer, while the indicator flashes-charging goes if it is no longer flashes-charged. At full yet did not plant, but for weeks 3-4 almost every day I make records for 5 minutes and no one was missing-then you did not sit down during this time. The sound, for me, is very good, not worse than the phone (compared with sony z2). But with other microphones I do not compare, this is my first, however, I never regret that I bought, especially for such a price the sticker removed, without it is similar to a flash drive, and I'm the more comfortable :D

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of asghedom.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
