It was difficult for me to make a decision, so I bought this to try it out. It's amazing; since I started using it (about 15 days ago), I haven't had any neck or back pain again, and I sleep soundly. It is very beautiful, soft, and long as well, measuring 62x35 cm. Quite high and supports the neck very well. The other side is lower; I think it can be used in both ways. I have no idea about the quality of the memory foam... but under the washable cover there is another cover that covers the memory foam. In short, a very good purchase; the only thing is that the covers are expensive and there aren't many... you also don't really know if they are for your model or not... Neatly packaged, takes some getting used to when sleeping, but a very nice pillow. I sleep on my back and side, and it feels comfortable on my neck in both positions. It's also handy that you can put your arm in the cutout when sleeping on your side. Highly recommended.
