Work very well. Nice and bright, and last a long time (been out for 5 night fishing missions - about 10 hours in total, and the first battery is still going strong).
Those I have tried give a magnificent and clear light, I don't know the battery life, but just in case I ordered other rechargeable batteries and a clear charger, the magnificent price and quality seems to be as well.
