Did pretty well for the first try.. Leather sewing is just pulling the thread through instead of weaving the needle. You can always watch how-to videos on the net. the kit also comes with finger guard. I'm way off from reupholster car seat but practice makes perfect. I should of over lapped the seam .. but probably will once the knife destroys the seeth again

the needles were missing, contacted the shop but it was made too difficult get the missing needles. eventually i ordered separate needles from a different shop.
